sale. The sale took nearly two years to complete. I successfully managed
the OSP/ISP construction of 10 telecommunication huts and 132 hospitals and
clinics in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. All aspects, including inside
and outside plant construction, of the project were completed ahead of
schedule. Developed and delivered
a call center sales training program that generated an increase in sales by
200%. Developed and
implemented trouble handling procedures for 7 MCI Operator Services Centers.
I was responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of 1500 desktop
PC’s, associated networking hardware, software and peripherals, along with

outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) contractors to design and identify
backbone and metro fiber optic routes to 130 plus hospitals and clinics

equipment, fiber and copper cable, conduct OTDR and light tests, and assist
